“12 Days of LTC Solutions” Holiday Card

0 comments. Top.

holidayCardLTC Solutions wanted to do something a bit different this year for their holiday card, so they approached my Marketing Manager and I to share a few ideas. Here is what we came up with!

It took 5 weeks of brainstorming, collecting props and scheduling photo shoots with all the employees, but the end result was so worth it! Using one of the most beautiful DSLR cameras, I was able to dress up my co-workers, pose them and take a boat load of delightful photos. This has been one of the most fun projects to work on and I think the models employees would agree.

After sending the holiday card out to clients and brokers, the kudos started rolling in:

“I absolutely love the Christmas card and gift card I received from you.  Thank you for sending to me, that was really thoughtful.  I didn’t have everyone’s email address to capture them on this email but ALL of you look terrific in the pics!!  That was very creative and definitely looks like all of you had a great time putting it together.  I now have faces to go with the names for those of you that I haven’t met in person yet :)  Beautiful messaging on the back of the card as well.”       – Carolyn
“Love the idea and the card.  You all look so good. It is nice to see all the employees – they must be hired for looks and brains.”       – Lubash
“This is creative and adorable. Thank you Megan and Happy Holidays to the whole team.”       – Endeliza
“Hands down, best Christmas card EVER!  It’s so great to finally put faces with names.”       – Francesca

PlanDesignBooklet_General-Daily-1

Designing a long term care insurance plan can be complicated. That is why LTC Solutions wanted to create a booklet than explains in fun, simple terms how it works. With the goal of keeping it colorful and engaging, I used a variety of methods to create this booklet. It is currently being used and is now in circulation.

LTCS Tent Cards

Tent-Card_1

LTC Solutions were guests at an industry trade show, complete with information booth. As a part of the booth, I was asked to come up with different options for tent cards that could be placed on the table. The tent cards were later finalized and distributed to be place through out the table tops within our client’s corporate buildings.

Application Request Form

0 comments. Top.

ARF_MedAmerica-1

It was time for LTC Solutions to change the look and feel of the Application Request Form. The form they have been using looks a lot like a tax form – not very engaging. Using graphics, larger text fields, livelier verbiage and bubbles, the form now has an attractive quality that makes it more motivating to fill out.

LTC Solutions had the opportunity to post a small, black and white advertisement in a client’s magazine. In an attempt to capture attention without using color and within a limited amount of space, I create this advertisement and tagline.

LTCS Newsletter

July2013-PROSPECTIVE

Each month, LTC Solutions sends out 3 newsletters: Prospective Clients, Brokers, and Current Clients. I worked with the marketing team to come up with the content of the newsletter, then designed 3 separate designs. I then worked with Constant Contact to upload the custom email themes into the system so they can be easily edited and managed each month.

Facility-Website-Announcement

LTC Solutions created a brand new facilities website to help users find long term care information easier than they can now. They needed a fun email to announce the release of this tool, so I created the Facility Website Announcement email campaign.
